Problems receiving email?

If you are having problems receiving email, such as when you request a new password be sent to you, you should know that we have frequent problems with attempting to send to domains registered to Microsoft, e.g. msn.com, live.com, and hotmail.com. We sometimes have problems sending to comcast.com email addresses. This is outside our control. It occurs because of overaggressive spam control policies. It is unlikely you will be able to convince any email provider to relax these policies. The only other option available to you is selecting another email provider. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
